Colonie High coach Harry Kachadurian doesn't have to do much to motivate his football team. Not for games, not for practice - not even before practice starts.

"The kids are getting kids out before practice. Usually it's kickers, quarterbacks and ends, but even our linemen are getting out there," Kachadurian said. "And when they're not out on the field, they're lifting. Even the coaches are coming out early."
